I am working as a core HR in Dialuz.com. Currently, we have almost 8 requirements, and we are not using any kind of portals as the management is not ready to pay for that.
I have been working here for 1.5 years and have closed almost 25 positions in this period by utilizing free job sites and references, etc.
Currently, I am facing difficulties in closing the requirements, especially for sales.
Could you please help me with advice or any other assistance?
Requirement: Business Development Executives
Experience: 0-4 years.
Job Description:
1) Responsible for developing new business opportunities by selling companies' online/offline solutions.
2) Responsible for interacting with potential customers to provide end-to-end online solutions to Corporate & SME.
3) Maintains relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance.
Requirement: Telemarketing Executives
Experience: 0-3 years.
Job Description:
Handling Outbound calls.
Creating understanding/awareness about the product/services.
Fixing the appointments.
English, Hindi, and Telugu are compulsory.

I appreciate that you have closed 25 positions without using any portal. But you can definitely use your personal social networking accounts on LinkedIn, Facebook, CiteHR, etc., to find good candidates. Also, try to convince your management to allocate some budget for recruitment because just filling a position is not enough; it should be filled with the right candidate, and nothing comes for free. If they are not ready to invest initially, you can consider hiring consultants, where you pay after the person joins.
Another option is Internal Employee Referrals. This is the best source to find good and willing candidates.

Keep posting on the free websites. Approach colleges (BBA/MBA). They would be more than happy. Post on LinkedIn.com/Facebook. Another cheap way is to have very simple pamphlets (500 pamphlets for only Rs 200/- general cost) and get them pasted outside college. SMS marketing (20 paise/sms) to fresh graduates in your area. Hope it helps.
