Hi
Thank you for sharing that compact book on smart working. However most people who would be going through the book would expect this to be related to 'smart working related to individuals', whereas the contents relate to how corporates can facilitate the stetting up of a smart working work environment.
The book in my opinion is more suited for very senior executives in decision making capacities who could perhaps have a major say in the setting up of a new office or who can influence drastically the set up in an existing office. Furthermore most of the examples relate to companies from the UK and focus on such matters a introduction of flexiwork timing, open office plans, desk sharing, smart storage of records, working from home policies etc.
The book though could open up possibilities for those who seek to innovate, improvise and upgrade their current work practices and / or introduce some revolutionary HR practices.
