Dear Rangusomu
Please find the attached Training Calender 2013 from my company... You can select good topics from this for your company...
EQMS is a leading Training & Consulting organization in the areas of Environment, Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems.
We are having very strong presence in the Automobile Sector... Major clients like Tata Motors, Mahindra & Mahindra, TVS, Hero Honda & Bridgestone India Ltd, etc.
I would like to strongly suggest to go for Behavioral Based Safety implementation for your program. As an initial step just organize a one day Training Program for your Senior Management People and see the result. They will like it and surely go for it. This makes wonder for many of our clients and we are leaders in assisting many companies to implement the BBS for their organization... Do let me know if you need more information on BBS.
Looking forward to hear from you and other esteemed members of CiteHR.
Thanks in advance.

Dear Rangusomu,
I am a trainer with an experience of 1800hours(12 years) of training to manufacturing industries.
For Automobile industry the need of the hour is creating focus for shopfloor engineers on customer quality demands i.e.,- CFD - Customer Function deployment.
The second important area is the competitive dynamics in the market and the economy which pressurizes the industry in bringing down the selling price. This creates a constraint in production which is reducing the cost of production with almost all factors such as labour, raw-material, and vendor cost which keep rising.
The programs should focus on the above areas for benefits to the organization.
I have done several such programs for HYUNDAI -HMIL and Auto ancillaries.
If interested pls leave a text or call me at 09952419530
Hope my answer shows some light.
Thanks

The first thing you need to do is conduct a Training Needs Assessment for all YOUR staff.
Then develop suitable training based on what exactly is required for YOUR organisation.
Every organisation is different, with different people at different stages of knowledge, development, experience etc.
Training is NOT a one size fits all proposition, so it is pointless posting a message such as you have done.
If you are serious about training and developing your people, then you need to do it properly.
If you are not a trainer with the necessary experience and knowledge to do this, then I respectfully suggest you contract out this work to a specialist training organisation.

Hi Leena,
There is information available here on CiteHR about preparing a Skills Matrix. You can find the answers to most HR questions by using the Research Box at the top of each page.
skill matrix
I do not have any experience of the automobile industry, so I cannot help you with that. Other members have provided some suggestions. In order to prepare your skills matrix, you will need to consult with the managers and work out what the required skills are for each job in your organisation.
