Hello everyone
I am Aman Tiwari doing my MBA in Human Resources from Delhi School of Economics I am currently doing my summers at TNS-Global, a UK based market research firm. As part of my summer internship I am doing a research on stress management for young executives ( between 25-32 years)
We had covered 115 executives, in the age group of 25 to 32 from 110 companies. To name a few companies from where the sample was taken are ONGC, Unilever, Escorts, Coca- Cola, Patni Computer Systems, BPL, Mahindra & Mahindra, Aviva Life Insurance, Unitech India Ltd, Team Lease, Sasken Technologies, Chambal Fertilizers, GE Capital and many more.
I had completed the overall analysis and since the final report would be published in various businees magazines and journals I need to add comments of some very senior level HR people and Consultants
So please suggest names of some good psychologist and I would request some Sr. HR managers to give there opinions on stress I am attaching a small questionnaire too so please fill this up.
