I work with Cisco Globalization Center , does any one here have any data that could help my team understand the Executive Recruitment - statistics in India so that we can have realistic expectations set for our team. By exec recruitment , I mean recruitment of Director , VP , SVP , EVP , CEO , COO etc...

There is not much info availalable in India about that. However, there is one report called "Team Lease survey" which you may find at their url i.e. www.teamlease.com. It is in PDF format and freely downlodable. It may give you a little bit of idea about scenario at Top level.
