My initial responsibility is to set up systems in the company and initiate the ISO certification process. I request a few clarifications to be cleared by anyone who hv expertise in the below areas.
Our company deals in HR hiring & recruiting, Equipment rental, Material supply & fuel supply to the petroleum, petrochemical and other industries in Saudi.
1. Need KPI & KRA formats for this industry
2. Is there feasibility for ISO certification for this type of industry?
3. Are there any sources for standard formats/templates for QMS, procedure manual & work instructions, and other ISO-related documents for this industry.

I am not from Saudi Arabia but you can count on me to have this work done. I will do the following for you:
a) Developing the policy on Performance Management System (PMS)
b) As a part of this policy, framing guidelines on Performance Appraisal (PA)
c) Identifying KPIs for your industry and set up KRAs based on the KPIs whichever are relevant to your industry/company.
d) Conducting training on KPIs/KRAs and on how to conduct the performance appraisal
e) Linking Performance Appraisal to training and development, salary increase etc.
I am into the Training and Development for the last 12 years and have extensive experience on effects of good or bad performance. I handle training programmes on soft skills, purchase and inventory management, sales, executive management etc.
You may obtain permission from your management to ahead further. As of now to make you aware of my training activities, I have attached my Training e-brochures to this post.
