I am looking for some first hand feedback and recommendations from my fellow HR members, who have been using one or other HRMS.
I am going ahead with implementation of software for HRMS, recruitment and payroll. We are looking at an integrated solution.
I am in process of finalising an HRMS for my company and want some first hand feedback about various HRMS products other companies are using, specially one with flexi timings and shifts.
eg. How is Ramco HCM, is there anyone using Ramco HCM in their firm. Would they recommend the same to others? if not then what is other better option available?

Dear Jai, I am using prudt developed by a company called descpro, it is good they helped me migrate from from manual HR to ehrms, i would recommend them , very hard working Team, rgds ram

Used RAMCO long time back. Not sure how good their product is now in comparison to the newer ones. Are you open to try something entirely new ? Can suggest Thankyou for starting this thread !
