Conceptually very well structured.
I have no observations at this stage as I have been able to make just a quick leafing through and that satisfied me professionally.
I am downloading it and would be able convey my observations later as that takes time.

- The length of the document may be the factor fro reading all the things and getting the full knowledge.
- Maximumof this information should be in bullets, because we all absorb things in bullets more easily.
- If you dont mind may I do some effrot to make it more bullet oriented text.
