Hi,
Great to know that you are doing a project on ROI & training audit.
I am attaching here a document which would help you determining ROI on training. However, as far as my experience is concerned, calculation of Roi training is more beneficial for the trainings which directly effect the productivity, like functional based trainings. But for soft skills & behavioral trainings, calculating ROI is a very complicated tasks as making out changes in the pattern of employees behavior needs continuous monitoring. And not many organizations are ready to invest that much time & efforts in that.
I can give you a case study of my own organization.
And as far as T & D audit is concerned, it is compliance check on the processess & policies laid down for T & D division. Let me know in detail what exactly you want to understand in audit for T & D.
Regards,
Meenakshi
