the name of the module is 'college to corporate'

what shud be the focus ?

i am working as a management trainee. i am from nasik, maharashtra.
My job entails more of training and development under the guidance of my senior.
Includes mapping competencies, identifying needs, preparing training modules, delivering behavioral trainings and so on.
rite now my focus is delivering training to mid level management.
