Dear Sravanthi
You are from which location?
As Rajeev suggested Experience is better than the training. Ofcourse in some of the organisations there will be limitation in the assignments which is assigned to the employees and might not even get the exposure to learn. But still you can plan for self study.

Dear Sravanthi,
Gaining more & more experience in HR stream with dedication and sincerity, but with application of your own mind, rather than blindly following the intructions of the superiors, is the best advanced course in HR. You need not do any other course. Being HR-Coordinator, you have an ample scope to learn multiple aspects of HRM/ HRD/ HCM/ Leadership.
However, if you are so pertinent in waste of your time in gaining theoretical knowledge, you may take up PhD in Management to earn doctorate in Management opting for some serious topic on HRM for your thesis in partial completion of your degree in PhD. That can give you ample opportunity to make research in Human Resorces/ Human Capital Management/ Organizational Learning/ Knowlege Management, etc., vis-a-vis your own perceptions already gained through your practical experience.
