ADOPT A WISH Asking emplyoyees to bring OLd clothes, jackets ,bottles and donating the same to the very poor people .That could be office guards etc.
We can also Collate some Money and can distribute the same amongst the same .

At our company we have nearly 400 shop floor worker and rest are management and office staff. Our Director wants some innovative ideas that we can take up and perform.
We recently performed a Blood donation camp and also a camp that gives children's of very poor family medicine and free medical camp. we got a huge success by doing it. Because the Plant is located at the outskirts of Kolkata. Can any one suggest any other way by which we can improve our CSR activity in true term.

My Respected Seniors,
I am working in west bengal, India in a textile company. Some times due to work pressure we work till 9 PM. our schedule time is 10Am to 7 PM. Can as a admin and HR member of the company we charge overtime??? According to Factories act is there any amendment regarding this??
