My Name is Rahamath and I was an empployee of Siemens. I worked for 2 years for Siemens and now I have submitted my application for Provident Fund withdraw 5months before and still they have not processed. Now the Provident Fund team in Siemens niether reply to any emails nor they pickup any calls on office number. I dont any other email to seek help on this. If any know any other way or lodge an complaint againt, then please do let me know.

Dear Mr. Rahamath,
Since Siemens is a listed co. So, you can go directly in your nearest PF Office and fill the withdrawl form and submit there. Rest of formalities will be done by PF department at their level only.
But you have just PF No.

Dear,
go to regional or local PF office and fill up the form and submit the PF office and they will do their work. tell the PF officer that the company is not siging the form and not ready to submit the applied form.
within 1 month amount will be credited to your account.

I have worked with siemens siemens does not have regional EPF it has its own trust ,, and its in bangalore...

kindly file a complaint to the reginol PF Office regardign the same and they would take necessary actions against it as PF is supposed to take up very seriously by the PF office.
Margarate:- Kindly rain check for the information sent by you as for PF withdrawal form 3A and employer seal & signeture is mandatory without it PF office will not process PF withdrawal. Also, PF Office does approx 20 K PF withdrawal a day and in any case they will go go in their own records and check for the form 3A/ PF Returns for that matter.
Kindly take it sportingly as i do not intend to cross check you but to corrent the information sent by you.

Thanks very much all posts and suggestions. I cannot reach the regional PF office for now as I am outside india, I can do it when I come down to india for vacation. Is it possible to apply online complaint ?

Info provided by deadsoul is authentic. Siemens has been allowed to have its own Provident Fund Trust and maintain PF accounts of its employees. Only pension contribution under FPS 1971 was going to EPFO office till 14-11-1995 and from 15-11-1995 only EPS 1995 contributin goes to EPFO office. Possibility is that you are perhaps writing wrong email ID of Siemens. One more thing - you have to apply for PF withdrawal in prescribed form and send its hard copy to the PF Trust. The administrative office may not be in a position to answer your queries over telephone because the matter is related to Trust office. The other posibility - have you completed all formalities about leaving your job in Siemens ? Has your resignation been accepted by the competent authority ? If it is not, then PF Trust may not entertain your application for PF withdrawal. Please let us know more about your resignation was accepted or not. Thanks & regards,
