I would like to know on the Skill gap analysis test. Is there any test to identify the skill gaps in the organisation.

Dear Amit,
Give priority to usage of mathematical tools in the workplace. That is the most important ability. It creates direct impact on the revenue of the company. e g.
a) Purchase and Store professionals: - ability to use the inventory models at workplace
b) HR professionals: - ability to do manpower planning scientifically
c) Finance professionals: - ability to do finance modelling
d) Production: - ability to use quantitative techniques or operations research (OR) techniques in their job
and so on. Scientific methods are No 1 priority, everything else is secondary.
