I want to pursue some course in HR. As am located in pune i would appreciate if somebody would suggest me course from pune which can be done on weekends(something similar to HR house). It would not be possible for me to enroll in a full time course.

To brief about myself , I am a post graduate in Computer management. But landed up in HR and have almost 3 years of experience. I need some qualification to endorse my experience. I am looking for some short term courses either distance or weekend courses.

For a short term distance course in HR, you could do DHRM (1 yr distance course) from NMIMS (www.nmimsonline.org ).
The city does not matter, as there would be no lectures as such. You would just have exams in December and June, which are held in all major cities including Pune.

ICFAI, Hyderbad is offering various six months post graduate certificate courses in Human Resources, you may check their website, I am doing a course in Managerial Effectiveness from there only. The course fee Rs. 6000 (all inclusive).

You may not have campus interviews for these courses. But a distance MBA is definitely good to have, especially for those who cant do it in full time or part time. As they say, something is better than nothing. Definitely it will be considered that you have done distance MBA, when you go for interviews after completing the course.
