The presentation has a lot of good points, but I wonder how many people are following it, especially higher management, including HR. First, they need to apply the same principles before sharing the presentation with the employees.

I need clarity on one thing. In our company, we are entitled to SL, CL, EL. CL & EL can be encashed at year-end if not availed. Last year-end, we found that the higher management is converting EL into SL even if they have availed the EL. According to the policy, leaves taken continuously for 3 days will be considered as EL. Nowhere in the policy is it mentioned that any of the leaves are interchangeable.
Is it possible? Kindly clarify if anyone is aware of such a thing.
