There's no need to develop a separate New Policy. If you incorporate all the stipulations mentioned in SHWW(P)Act what would form your policy. May be you have to additionally add suitable & required SOPs for your estt. Relevant details are available in the links provided on to your right & bottom of your screen, pl.make use of them.
