I worked for a company as a trainee for 20 days in 2020. Made a clean exit, done all the exit formalities and received FNF, I received a relieving mail in which it was clearly mentioned that if the duration of employment is less than 30 days a relieving letter will not be issued.
Now TCS is asking me to produce a relieving letter. It is the employer's policy that for less than a month a relieving letter will not be produced.I can not just produce it. The experience is non relevant. I am ready to submit the affidavit with FNF bank statement and relieving mail but the HR is not ready to listen

Hi,

When you got relieved properly you are certainly eligible for relieving letter.

However in the absence of proper relieving order you can present the relieving email issued by your ex-employer along FNF statement as a proof. You claim that experience is also not a relevant one. So hopefully TCS might not insist for relieving letter as you have email proof and FNF statement.

Hi, This email communication is very much sufficient. You can present it as a proof of work and subsequent relieving.
