see don't try to take leave as u r loosing u r SL with our any reason . it will reflects to u r service behavior. if ur is a govt. organization u can do.
but in a pvt. organization with out any correct reasons if u try to take leaves Els or CLs or SLs the company will try to know u behavior and when u r in yearly increment u r performance will be bad..
so don't to that. it dont avail the leaves all will appreciate and u can even proudly say my leaves are left over this year . the management also think positive of u.

I would say, if you do not really need the leaves then do not take it this way....you better know your roles and responsibility... in case you see if by taking leaves, your tasks and projects will not get affected then you can think of taking a few leaves.

Its easy to say.Its hurts when when i see other teammate utilize all their sick leave and also get the appreciation for their work.!! I can't stand such harassment .The Management only thinks and do nothings.
Lols !! no one appreciate for pending leaves instead they laugh say wat a fool you are what did you achieve by all this .
And once leave is lapse no one bother to check it!! Its gone for ever. I have seen people having worst leave record gaining same appreciation and respect
