I am new to citeHR. Actually joined today only.
We are a startup Data Analytics & Digital Marketing company; In our company 23 people have successfully cleared & selected for the training program we will provide free of cost for next 3 months time. This training program is designed to train freshers of any backgrounds who wants to make Data Analytics & Digital Marketing company as a career choice.
There will be an assessment test at the end of this training and it is mandatory to successfully clear the test, upon which our company will issue a final employment letter and all successful trainees will be taken into our company payroll.
During training we are offering an amount of Rs.3000/- as Stipend or travelling allowance.
Now I need to issue an offer(Provisional) letter to these selected freshers from various fields for the post of Traineeship.
Kindly help me on this.
