Dear Keerthi,

Both ESI and EPF are mandatory for organizations as per the statutory requirements. You have not shared any details about the size and nature of the organizations. Based on the number of employees, it varies. If the total strength is 10 and above, ESI is mandatory, and if the total strength is 20 and above, then even EPF is compulsory.

Any more info you can reach me.

Hi Jeevarathnam,

Thank you for your response. Our company is in the field of digital marketing, and we currently have more than 20 employees. Could you please advise me on how to apply and let me know which documents we need to submit?

Thank you.

If the employees are above 20 then you have to apply for both ESI & EPF. Both things shall be done online portals. To avail EPF you should have digital signatures
