Hi, I have recently joined a Real Estate company as an HR manager. Please let me know the HR Manager responsibilities as I am the only HR in this company. Right now, the company's strength is 20, and we are going to expand it to 50-100 employees within 3 months. Therefore, I need the HR policies for a real estate, appointment letter format, and offer letter format. Please help me.
