Hi,
I have joined my 1st company(A) with 1 year fake experience. After working for around 4 years in company 'A' I resigned from company 'A' and joined company 'B'. I have not shown my fake experience in company 'B' and joined with only 4 years of real experience. After working for around 2 Year in company 'B' now I am moving to company 'C'. I am showing only real experience of around 6 year (4 year in company 'A' and 2 year in company 'B'). My question is that is there any chance that during background check company 'C' will know about my fake work experience from company 'A'? During background check do they check only duration, salary, designation in my previous companies or do they ask about the experience with which I joined company 'A' and company 'B' ?
Even though I have removed my fake experience from my resume long back and I am not going to mention it in future can I face a problem because of my fake experience? Please reply to my query ASAP.

Hmm,
Its nice that now you are moving ahead without Fake experience but as the HR professional I dont think its going to create any obstacles in your career ahead. Normally we only do Ref. check your past company. Its only your Certification and Education which goes through the checking and your designation and behavior in last organisation. Its good that u were not caught and "Chor Wohi Jiski Chori Pakdi Jaye" ;) so here after no one can blame you.
For Job Seekers:
Nowadays many candidates opt for Fake Experience and its very easy to get experience certificate from small firms or companies. Everyone knows its not Good or Legal. so please dont try to start your career through bluff.
Hence, please dont try to do this as in case if you are caught you wont be getting Jobs in any organisation.

Hello Sir,
you are right but candidates without showing his experience not able to get a good job as every Organization hire experienced employee they dont hire freshers so ....people have to show their fake experience...

Post: I have seen all this comments still i fell Fake candidate should be black listed so that other candidates should get a chance.here i will give you one simple example to all, one candidate name is: smita lenka DOB: 16/05/1983 PAN NO: AEJPL6937L PASSEDOUT YEAR: 2008 only woked for 8 months yana software may 2013 to jan 2014 that to they removed this candidate as they merged with other company still this candidate showing all exp. from 2008 to till date now selected by some other comp. with good salary but there my question is how you guys are selecting at list jioning time you should ask for all previous form 16 if not at least bank statement and after that do the verification for the same. Requesting all you that such type of candidate should be black listed otherwise it effect the new generation. They will stop study and will depend on fake certificate or will depend on this kind of fake person so that they will give him/her way to become fake. Thanks All

Please don't put someones name with these govt id proof...You spoiling someone's career of this candidate, who is not showing fake experience as per contact with the companies. We have google's blacklist global data where this candidate is perfectly in safe zone. Also HR do Background Verification with there BG team. You are legally wrong and candidate can instructed to File an FIR so that company can collect IP Address and Information of this mail id.FIR will be issue to you once case will be filed..It is wrong to provide someones wrong/incorrect info and play with there career. As it is also given in the CITE HR terms and conditions clearly. We are HR team and we know our work. We do BG and its perfectly works for us.
