Today, I received an SMS from RPFC, Faridabad stating, "Dear Employer, Bank Account number is compulsory with available Aadhar or PAN while uploading KYC details." It means the Bank Account number is mandatory. However, I am confused about where to mention the Bank Account Number in the UAN .txt file. If we mention the PAN Card or Aadhar, then there is no column in the format where we can input the Bank Account Number. Please advise on how to include the bank account number with the PAN card or Aadhar.

Dear All,
As all the members whose ECR is uploaded after Jan 14 to Jun 14, the EPF office has allotted UAN, and the list of UAN is available on their EPF portal. Now, every employer has to convey this UAN to the member and collect KYC documents from him, and accordingly, he will prepare a text file (13 fields) and upload the same.
In communication with the EPFO - Delhi, they have explained that the employer has to provide Bank details of the Member, PAN & ADHAR, etc. For each KYC document, he should add a separate row for each KYC document. For Bank details, select document type 'B' and update Bank A/c and IFSC of Bank. In the next row, select document type 'P' for PAN and Number. If he has uploaded PAN, he can upload another file for Bank details. Employer can upload as many text files for KYC.
Hope this is clear to all.
Thanks,

Dear Ruchi,
You cannot make your own digital certificate. In the PF portal, a few agencies' contact details are provided by the PF office for Registered Digital Certificates. You have to purchase DSC from them or any other registered Digital Signature Provider.
