Hi there,

Well there are a lot of topics as mentioned above but it depends what does your company need, have you considered to undertake a training need analysis to find out what is your company cooperate requirement for training.

And you need to segregate your cooperate training requirement soft skills, technical skills, professional certification and academic / educational requirement.

Soft skills

Emotional intelligence, motivation, team work, communication, presentation skills, public speaking etc. English Language, managing multiple projects

Technical Skills

MS office applications word, excel, power point, vision, ms projects report writing, English language for accountants, English Language for HR professionals , English language for Legal officers etc

Professional certification

CIPD, PMP, ACCA, ISO Lead Auditing etc.

Educational requirement

Diploma, Degree, MBA, PHD

You will find a lot of materials in this cite on training needs analysis and how its done and the forms.

Wishing U all the best in your project

A very very Generic demand, what are the ppts demanded for? No specefic need has been displayed. it seems like an attempt to gather as many ppts that one can.
I suppose loads of ppts and millions of count of trng matterial is already uploaded, just do a little effort trying to use keywords for the search.
One caution if you are rellying only on shared matterial and that also free shared matterial your knowledge may be sharply handicaped.
Anyways, all the very best.
Octavious is a Very Senior member and has perhaphs uploaded some the very best matterials on this site.

You need to develop your OWN training material relevant to your particular company.
Asking other people for ppt's is useless. How can you use someone else's material when you have no background or knowledge of the subject.
Training is NOT standing there in a class reading off a powerpoint.
If you are not a skilled trainer, then get somebody to come in and develop and deliver the relevant training to your staff.

Agreeing with RR, Al-Barwany Anayaat, & John in Oz using a PPT presentation to provide information about the corporate training function is fine but this is not learning or development it is simply providing information. Asking for a list of corporate training titles and providing no idea of the industry or the issues in the organisation is likely to produce a generic approach to training and development with little return on investment.
