I have moved to UK from India on an expat role. My husband moved with me on dependent visa.He has done his masters in HR from a top college in India. In India he has worked with top MNCs companies like Amazon, PnG, Reckitt with more than 5 years of experience. He moved with me to UK leaving his high paying job. But since then he has applied to numerous companies but he is getting almost 5-10 rejections everyday.
We are not sure what to do. How to proceed. We dont know what exactly is wrong with the profile.He is having a good global exposure as well. Not sure if its just because he doesn't have UK experience.If you please guide me how to proceed with the experience he have. Is it impossible to get job here with his experience? Is there any course which will help him in getting a job? We both dont know anyone here.
