I have been working with XXX Pvt Ltd called as #XXX a software company in hyderabad since March 2016, i have got a good opportunity to part of organization in March 2016.
From last Seven months XXX is not paying salary on time.
I have submitted my resignation and offered to serve the notice period. But the management of XXX is a bit aggressive who was not ready to relieve me. XXX solutions management is an arrogant, who have not much respect for employees, considers like "i pays him" kind of attitude. Even they didn't paid my May month salary till now, and they are not talking about my settlement, When ever i am asking them about salary and support documents to join new organisation they are not responding.
XXX is not providing me Form-16 also they are deducted TDS from my salary.
Wantedly postponing salary and support documents.
They didn't providing hike letter which i got in last year July 2016 when ever i am asking they just postponing it. I didn't get my Form-16.
XXX wantedly postponing my previous month salary, I worked over the weekends, on festivals and over time they told me they will give me compoffs when i am going to talk about this comp offs management is neglectly postponing it. I was been working there for 1 year and 4 months years, it was such a disappointing experience i have.. They forgot all the work i have done for the XXX company. How much contributions i made for the organization.
Today I asked for hike letter which i got in JULY 2016 again they told to wait but i have to submit it in new organization, XXX is not giving even Form-16 to me. For my future purpose, i want RELIEVING and HIKE letter, Form-16 and my Salary settlement (XXX is not paying salary to me for last month also, from last three months paying in arrears through direct transfer which i am facing problem to explain new organization and to anyone).
How can i obtain my salary, relieving letter, hike letter and Form-16. Is there any legal ways to obtain it. I have to submit them in new organization.
