Humble request to all, Need your suggestions on different ways to conduct a work shop on selling skills. Other than selling skills, also need suggestions on conducting other workshops on soft skills.
Pls advice on pay structure per participant or hourly/day training, which ever may be best suited as per u all and what stuff should be distributed/or not, to the participants for better outcome.

I suggest you do a Train the Trainer course/program of 2-3 days. Only then all your questions
can be answered and you can make some headway into training.

That's true a TTT program will give comprehensive info all you desire, one of the companies I know who conducts the program is New Wave Training & Development. [I along with my 3 friends attended their program in Bangalore this April, It was Fantastic and very knowledgeable.
