Hi sachin,
If you are planning to do HR than do only MBA for an excellent career oppurtunity in future as you are experienced in this field...don't let money be your problem boss..(as u've mentioned that u've family resp)
And second thing u r well experienced if the problem continues ,try for some other job.(but until u get good oppur.somewhere else don't leave this job)
Shouting....???there must be some reason..behin this.
If they decline or refuses your ideas or view better don't advice anything ....for sometime
I think ur boss is dominating kind of person...
They are all from same family....that's why they don't like to involve any employee's decision in company's matters...
So don't worry and do your part only....n switch to some other gr8 oppur.

can understand ur situation. Firstly Do u have any education qualification in HR, if not, then go for it. Secondly, have u tried urself to convince ur mgmt to improve and initiate new things in HR in ur company, if not, u can try it. thirdly, if u have already tried the above and thinking for a next move, then it is advisable to not switch off ur job rightnow. atleast wait to end the first quarter of next year and then look for another opportunities. From ur mail, it seems that u r a hardworker and have the attitute to not give up. Thus friend, do not give up to the present situation. Take out some time to expand ur knowledge in hr and utilise ur time to improve ur skills.

Dear Sachin,

Our members have already given you suggestions on chosing an educational course that would benefit you in the long run.

In the meanwhile, reagrding your current job, I am able to understand the situation you are going through. Family run businesses will take a long time to change. They will accept change, but this will take a long time, and may also take away good learning years away from you. As of now, you have only a limited exposure in HR. Suggest you to look out for an opportunity, which has more to do than just timeoffice and admin work. Once the offer is confirmed, you can quit this current job. I am not asking you to run away from such a situation, its just that if any change has to come it requires more hands-on experience in most of the HR and admin activities, to advise them and counsel them in the way they would change.

Now they will only have a preset thought that you are so young and "why" should they work on your advise for improving. That is their mindset. Dont waste your years. So plan properly, pursue a good course (as suggested by members), and also keep looking for a better job opportunity.

Sachin,
As evryone suggested about the MBA course... If you have financial problems and cannot spend on an MBA course, try changing ur job to a company which sponsors education. Most big companies do. Find out about this from your friends and think about it well.

Shikha
