Hi All, I was working with an organization that had an argument with my supervisor on the salary delay issue. An argument happened and I left the organization and informed to adjust the salary with my notice period. I got the relieving letter. Wanted to know while applying for a new job there will be BGV done will the last organization inform about the issue that happened and I left or absconded and will the BGV team will call my supervisor and get the feedback. Pls guide me on this or can I give my office colleague's the contact number for BGV.
