CEO took out his wallet and gave 15000 and told him "I pay people here to work and not to waste time....

This is ur 3 months salary. Now get out of here. Never come back".... That guy left.

Then CEO asked workers "who was that guy?".... workers replied "courier boy sir...........

Very Good one.... Before taking any step or talking, one needs to think. Between a stimulus and the reponse to it, thinking is required... Regards, Rajesh J.

Too good,One should think before reacting to the situation! "A wise man reflects before he speaks; a fool speaks, and then reflects on what he has uttered.”

The story does not end. The courier boy went again next day to the same office and waited at the floor for the CEO to come. CEO came and told him that yesterday you got Rs.15000 from me and this time I dont want to loss any money, and instead you go and meet the HR Manager and sumit the resignation today and he will relieve you immediately by paying 3 months salary as per the standing order of the company. Then he went and gave the letter to the HR Manager and in turn the HR Manger asked him, who are you ? Then he told him that I have been appointed by CEO and he hasked me to submit the resigation letter to you, please pay me three months salary as per the instruction by CEO. Then he got the three months salary and walked out from the office

Hi,
The CEO doesnt know the workers in factory. There is gap between from highlevel management to low level management.
If there is a communication between high level to low level, then he knows very well.He is not an employee in our factory. He is a courier guy.
The CEO must interact with the middle level and low level management.
