I'm facing problems in getting resumes & candidates for the vacancy to be filled in our company. To contact any consultancy they are charging heavily, so any other better alternative can I get to search for candidates or resumes. Our office is located in Bangalore. It will be good if I get candidates in and around Bangalore or even within Karnataka. Please help me

Most consultants do nothing apart from searching Job sites, you have to create a strong social network of employees from these companies, search and post in social networking sites.
Allow employee referral.
It is very very easy ..
to search for candidates if you have the skill.
