Dear Uvashree,
It is a great opportunity to be assigned the posted task. Where as, You have to frame the HR policy to a company which can't be done by following others. You need to discuss with the top management for the inputs, before you have to frame foundation of the policy.
Policy making is a easy task:
1. First you request the top management to deploy a panel for policy making. To frame, refine and finalize the policies.
2. Start it with Recruitment. Frame the policy of the recruitment. It must start with the Job Description Temp[late, candidate details tracker, Call letter mail format, Interview Evaluation form..........and on Subjected to your company requirements.
3. Then you take the immediate functionality following to recruitment - Induction program, leave policy, Employee hand book, reference check policy, T&D, PMS and on.
Policy making is nothing but documenting the rules of company and developing the forms and templates to be used for the same.
