The new entrants of this beautiful profession should possess an ambassador attitude especially in-dealings with human element. The functional scope of any industry requirement haunts / screens for this type of attitudinal gentleman. One should may have the notion in their minds, that why this attaché attitude is compulsory for HR Men? And, Why not to others?

Every one should posses this type of attitude to have win- win directions in their respective field but, being a HR, the incumbent requires to deal with Recruitment, Relationship, Redressing grievances, Administrations, customer care and many or what it may comes in his way of accomplishing tasks given by the management time to time. HR is virtually being counted as one among in the important circle of top brass of any company.

To understand the complex nature of human behavior one has to equip him to know-how to deal with various personalities of different styles. He has to inculcate a habit of assessing the introversion and extroversions of ego levels of an individual. It can only be possible in way of interactions. While interacting with persons the facial expressions, speech, voice levels during trust and distrust, Body rhythms/ movements of all gestures will give indicatives to gauge the counterpart and an opinion of terms may be arrived with knowledge and maturity of this skill.

HR’ exposure in industrial sector may sometimes be arbitrators to sort out problems of mis-understandings arise between employees and employer and also in negotiations where one becomes mouth organ of that company for better representation of the company. The mind set of an attaché enable one to have a positive thinking to overcome the issue

One important advice to every new entry in HR should follow the basic model concept of OLSSI. OLSSI is nothing but Observe, Learn, Study, Strategy and Implementation. This is the basic approach one should follow as per the face of the situation and problem to evolve a workable solution. It is an approach applicable any field but its implementation varies with the attaché attitude of an individual
