Dear Colleagues,
I am managing HR Dept in a Telecom vendor company sizing 60 Employees which is totally project based organization in which I have been asked to analyze Employees Performance and decide Incentive structure acording to it.
Concerns please help me out as how come I analyze the Employees Performance as it is solely depend upon the quantum of Project that too unfixed and on what basis and how should I design Incentive Scheme???

No sir i am just a student of Calcutta university.
I have no such certificates, this are all what i learnt from books and paper and would like to learn more from experienced people like you.

there will be several challenges:
1. people may work on different projects throughout their career.
2. training needs of each individual may vary.
you will need to track individual performance as per project SLAs,
next have a skill map in place.
next would be least a rudimentary sucession planning system
certain kpis could be generic for all/ fixed depending on challenges faced by your company/ niche wherein you operate/ etc..
challenges across ranks/ client needs will vary.
you will have to make several rough formats
