Dear sir, I've worked in xyz limited plant from 04-july-16 to 23-april-18 as a DET. I recently collected my experience letter and out of my bad luck, I observed that the exit date mentioned in given letter is wrong 21-may-18, which is different from actual date 23-april-18.
1 month extra is there.
Even i join the next company on 24 april-18
I have attached a copy of relieving letter approved by respective department head.
I contacted HR team they refusing to change the date and from 24th april to 21 may- 18 they mark me as Absent (LWP).
Now i have an offer with an company but they are not giving me offer latter due to same problem.
