I send a resignation letter, it got approved too and I did all the transition as per the requirement but just before a 7 days the management Withdraw the approval and asked to served the notice period. I was ready to pay the buyout amount and they dint pay my last month salary as well. Still they are not providing my reliving and experience letter, F&F.
I have resignation approval email, all conversations, they haven't paid me for last month and recovered the last month amount which was requested as buy out. Company employee employee hand book its mention employee can serve one month and opt buyout buy paying still management is doing injustice.
I am planning to file case against them, any suggestions ?
