Can you please suggest me about good HR Training institutes in banglore which provides HR training in HR generalist , payroll, etc.. I have heard about AJAX and HR house which are near to airport road my residence.. Which one is good and worth. Do they provide good practical training in current HR softwares used in industry as well as I want to start working and have a gap of 3 yrs so want to go for HR Training.

I heard that other places give false promises on Job Assurance. I Guess Ajax also comes in this. My Cousin studied in Black and White. She was an MBA in HR. But was not getting job. She attended a short term course from them. Though they initally did not commit on finding a JOB, Like other. Towards the end they sincerely tried and gave her placements. Today she is working in Infosys.
As far as i understand Being a HR needs certain Personality like Attitude, Presentation, Choice of words, Dressing, the way we need to carry our self, confidence level etc. This is called Grooming. There is no training institute or syllabus which gives importance to this. That’s why most people find it so difficult to Find Jobs.
