I am working into recruitment profile.I have 2.5 yrs experience in NON-IT recruitment.I am MBA in HR.
I want to build my career into HR Generalist profile...how can i make this migration from recruitment to generalist profile.Should I go for HR generalist training ?are they worthwhile?My location is Delhi.
