First, what is the nature of work you want to do in a foreign country?
If it is banking oriented, start looking for a job in a foreign bank/ FI outside the country.
You must decide which country you want to wok/ settle and then do your HW.
Remember shifting lock stock and barrel involves many consideration- parents, family members, your assets in India.
What is your qualification?
Once you have decided a basic framework of what work, where, then you can focus your search.

Tell me, first of all, what drives you to think of settling in a foreign country. First and foremost, please remember, till you get a citizenship status, in any country excepting India, you are a second class citizen. As and your parents grow old, they will expect to you to be as close to India as possible. I know of cases where the children are settled abroad and parents are settled in India. For any kind of age-related illness the children abroad are forced to visit India very often losing their hard-earned leave and money. I am personally witnessing such events in the place where I am living. Outwardly their heart will go out to your suffering etc. but may be inwardly they may be cursing... who knows.... Further, in many countries, our Indian qualifications (may be excepting Gulf countries, where you cannot get citizenship status) are a tad lower than their country's. Since you are already crossing the marriage range, you should consider getting married here or abroad to a local girl. There are more questions we can pose here than the answers you are expecting for your questions... So, think well, discuss and debate with all stake holders which include your parents too and then take a pragmatic decision.
