Hi, I want help regarding my job change. Some of the companies are offering a higher pay package and want me to join as soon as possible (within 10 to 15 days). However, I am confused because I joined my present company last December, and they pay salaries around the 20th or 22nd day of each month. I am facing financial crises every month, so I don't know what to do. Please provide me with your valuable suggestions.

Hi Jitensheth,

If your current employer delays salary and you receive a new offer, there is nothing wrong in moving. However, please ensure you follow the proper exit process with your current employer. Also, check the business potentials of the new employer for long-term stability, on-time salary, etc.

Dear Friend, Greetings! Please check notice period in your letter of appointment. Further, salary date is not matter when you are resigning. You just follow the notice period date. Rgds
