Dear Friend,
Please make your question clear, You have been suspended, what was the enquiry/inquiry proceedings? What was the charges framed upon you? Primafacie what was the articles proposed upon you? the witnesses there upon? The authority who ordered the suspension? when the proceedings are going through how did the authorities accept the resignation? whether the charges dropped upon accepting your resignation? Many a question are to be answered? Better go through your accepting the resignation and get yourself cleared from the charges.. the clause under which your resignation accepted and the conditions of revoking the earlier orders clear your doubts..
best of luck..

During Suspension Period you are eligible for "Subsistence Allowance" as per Service Rules. If you submit your Resignation, it is Employers prerogative either to accept or Reject your Resignation.Employer may Persist with Disciplinary Action.Attend Enquiry proceedings & defend yourself.Resignation will not absolve the charges levelled against you
