your hypothesis would include typically like this...im just giving you an idea about it..
1. What type of training/ Quality of training required?
2. Investment of training on an employees?
although my friends had taken the first hypothesis..i dont know exactly how did they do it.
also i dont want to misguide you..so i request any senior member of this forum to reply here..
or else you can do ur project without any hypothesis..which would only give fair amount of knowledge..
lets see other reply..till then dont take any decision..
