I have joined in a pharma company which is a start up located in Andhra Pradesh.The head count of our company is 9,including medical reps and other Admin&Accounts.
For now I have made my company get registered with AP shops and establishment act.
Seniors can you please enlighten me and educate what are the other necessary statutory registrations I should make.As an HR what implementations or ideas will help me prove that i can be an asset to my company.

Is it manufacturing or just a distribution company?
If distribution then you should enroll with PT, Commercial Tax (Sales Tax), Drugs Licence
for the sake of employees you shall even enroll with ESI & PF

Hi Yes. You are applicable for enrollment of ESI & PF. You shall opt for voluntary enrollment for those. For the growth of the organisation you should design required policies & procedures.
