Can anyone suggest to me? I'm working in a manufacturing company. Apart from Tally software, can you all suggest any Excel format where we can enter all the invoice and payment received details, and pending amount reflects automatically, or any software for the same?

It is great if you can develop a .xls format yourself. Go boldly at it, don't be scared. You are the best judge of what you want. After filling up your input data, please go to Formulas and select what you want for an answer. There are super formulas that will help you.
