My insurance claim is rejected , because I was admitted in private hospital and those medical services were available in government hospitals and esic registered hospitals also.
So it is legally valid reason to reject my medical claim.
But before my hospitalazation my employer did not provided any ESIC documents to me, documents like e Pehchaan Card, Form 37, Med 7 A, these documents were provided to me after 2 months of my recovery from illness.
But my esic premium was being deducted from salary time to time on every month by my employer.
So my esic policy was active but due to unavailability of documents I was not able to get medical service from esic empanelled or govt hospital.
So,
In this scenario who is responsible for payment of my insurance claim?
And how it will happen?
