Dear Sir,
I am going to complete my executive mba in hr this year.I have got 5+ years of experience in manufacturing industries.
As its a new field to me so I want to ask you two questions-
1.what hr role will be good for me as i am in manufacturing industries .
2.what hr topic i should choose for my project so that i can also look forward in that for career.
3.is industrial relation and labor law is a part of hr and is there a good scope of this now a daya.
Please help me and make me clear about my confusions.

As you worked in a manufacturing industry hence the Generalist role is a better option. In the recent days the IR is becoming more popular and very important in major industries and the IR trend is increasing like any thing. The Union activities are grwoing up.
As part of HRM the IR & Labour laws are very important. The Statutory compliance is more important for the survival of any industry hence concentrate on IR, labour laws along with the HR activities like Knowledgemanagement, performance management, career management.
