Hi All,
I Have started my career in HR Generalist profile and have few confusions about formats to be used in IT Comapny. I got to know that i can get all documents through CMM 3 CMM 5. I understand what exactly is CMM but how can we find formats through CMM 3 and CMM 5 of Leave and other HR forms.
Pls do help me out.

i would be needing the leave card format, attendance sheet soft copy ,warning letter, appreciation letter, appointment letter, employee bond.
would be greatful if you can help me out with above mentioned documents formats as i need to change the documents used by my current company.

Dear Anita,
In addition to this, I am suggesting you to search the things for the future from cite HR.
Please go on top, Go into Research and then put your keywords that you want to search,, Suppose you want to search Exit Interview Format...

Then simply write down Exit Interview format and Put Enter.
You will get a lot of option. So in future firstly try this method and then put your query if still not resolved.

Actually i was told to find out formats which are according to cmm level 3 or 5 which i was not able to find from any site so i asked for the formats from seniors on Cite HR.
