As I think and know Admin. Job is a very responsible job. There is power and also many ways to show your ability towards management. The admin department directly related with the management, employees and the local authority. This is most powerful job within the organization more then HR (Personal). Admin. is also a part of HRD.
And as I think the HR (Personal) is a clerical job. If you have good knowledge of statutory then the HR (Generalist) is far better.

In my current organiztion i am handling Admin and some functions of HR as no HR is there in this company. So i was confused as what should i do in future as am getting married and will be settling in Delhi.
