I have been working as a recruiter for the last 4 years from 3 different companies. I have all the documents, like my experience certificate and offer letter, but I don't have a PF account. Now, I am trying to go into an MNC company like Wipro,TCS, or IBM. Will my BGV be cleared, or will it be rejected? If there is a possibility of rejection, what precautions can I take to convince the company? Kindly provide suggestions.
